What is Expanded Teflon you might ask? And what does it offer over the traditional cork gaskets many have been using over the years? 

Expanded Teflon offers the following:

-No shelf life; it never becomes brittle or dries out. 
-Reusuable; will not tear, chunk apart, or separate…very handy for an emergency repair!
-Low stress to seal
-Will compress to the thickness of a sheet of paper yet still retain its sealing characteristics.
-High degree of chemical and temperature resistance. 500+ degrees! Will not saturate with oil! 
-Lastly but very important; competitively priced!
  • JDX/00 models use 2 of these on the bottom of the chain case/tunnel. The upper one is a smaller size, which we do not sell. .
  • All other models: Liquifire (both versions), Cyclone, Liquidator, Trailfire, Sportfire, use 3 of these.
